I cannot rate Sonya Boloski of Lakeside Building Consultants highly enough.
After dealing with another company that left me in a deep pickle with among others, local council, Sonya was there to save the day.
I sincerely say that Sonya, went beyond the call after I was required to submit weekly reports. Sonya was in contact with me several times a week, giving me time relevant updates not just waiting weekly, she would even call to let me know when nothing was happening and I still have those reports to prove it.
Sonya knows her Regs!; She knows her industry!, including the surveyors, architects, draftsmen, council workers, and I’m sure others that I didn’t have to use.
Sonya always gave me accurate detail of processes and their timelines. She guided me through the really stressful times, too say the least and with her ever positive attitude - We got the job done!
I say with conviction, Sonya is more than competent, trustworthy, dependable, reliable and in my case, underpaid.
